Yoga is a gentle form of exercise where the mind and body works out. Nowadays it is not necessary to go for the yoga classes because free yoga exercises are available which will provide splendid information for the beginners. This is an easy pose which is also used for relaxation and meditation. All the yoga should start with warm up exercise, which will relax the muscles. Following this warm up exercises like eye exercise, shoulder lift, leg raise and head stand pose can be practiced. Sun salutation can be done which will prepare a person to do difficult exercises. Once the mind and the body is prepared poses like bridge pose, locust pose, cobra pose, forward bend pose and plough pose can be tried. Initially attaining final position may be difficult. Regular practice will help us to reach a perfect position.
